REPORTING OF LOSS OF CANTEEN SMART CARD: FIR

As per procedure, on loss of a Smart Card the FIR is lodged by the individual/unit concern. It has been observed that such FIR are being received in regional language which can’t be decoded due to obvious reasons. To obviate the problems it has been decided that either the FIR be written in English/Hindi or FIR in regional languages be translated in English/Hindi and countersigned by an officer of the organization.
