ASSISTANCE TO DISABLED EX-AIR FORCE PERSONNEL
Majority of serving military personnel enjoy reasonably good health during their active service at a relatively younger age. However, with the advancing age, particularly after retirement, some minor disabilities are likely to set in. While for serving personnel, some medical assistance is provided through the Service Hospitals / Paraplegic Centres, in respect of retired personnel there is practically no assistance available through these known sources. 1.
